My wife was on her way to work and when she was at a stoplight, she noticed that the vehicle was running a little rough and that the check engine light was flashing, not solidly illuminated but flashing. She was wondering if there was a way that I can come pick up her vehicle and to try to get it in the same day I was looking at other auto places in the area in the quickest way that they were able to get it in was next Monday or Tuesday. This was a Friday. I called motor tech off of Wolf Road and spoke to Tim . The owner who stated that he was really busy, but if I was able to bring it in before noon and he would put it on his scanner and we would go from there when I enter the building he was on the phone as soon as he was off the phone he came out with me to our Honda Odyssey van. He did a full diagnostic, letting me know that there were no issues, but I was low on oil out of the goodness of his heart. He gave me 1.5 quarts of oil and had it filled up he said that there were things for me to look at to keep in mind, and if there were any issues to come back and he would take a look at the vehicle once again I couldn’t be more appreciative and and the peace of mind, especially being parents, my wife and I afford children. This was very appreciated because nowadays you don’t get exceptional care like we received at Motech. We will be back there soon if we ever have any vehicle issues! Thanks, Tim!
